Virginia Is for Watercolor Lovers

Paul Jackson, one of the country’s top watercolor artists, juried this year’s Virginia Watercolor Society annual exhibition. The show will be on display at the Shenandoah Valley Art Center in Waynesboro, Virginia, through September 23.
